This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the RE/CREATE invitation list.

Who we are

RE/CREATE is created by Chericka Johnson and Karina Villalta and powered by SistaCircle. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean RE/CREATE.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the invitation list form:

• Your first name and email address
• What you would like more room for, and whether you would like to hear about events, retreats, or both, if you choose to tell us
• Anything you write in the optional note
• If you join from the Room Assessment results page and choose to include it, your result (the pillar asking for the most room) and your four pillar scores
• The date and time you joined

Your Room Assessment answers are calculated in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you join the invitation list from the results page and choose to include your result.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of its own. Our fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.

How we use it

• To email you RE/CREATE retreat announcements and gathering details
• To understand what kinds of experiences interest the women on our list, using the optional answers and any assessment result you share

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other organizations for their own marketing.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Our invitation list is managed with Kit (kit.com). When you submit a sign-up form on this site, your details go directly to Kit, which stores them and sends our emails on our behalf. Kit’s handling of your information is described in its own privacy policy. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

Event registration

Registration for RE/CREATE events is handled by Luma. When you register, or use the "Register for Event" button on this site, Luma receives the details you enter, and Luma’s own terms and privacy policy apply. The button loads a script from Luma so registration can open on this page.

Instagram and email

If you follow or message @joinrecreate on Instagram, Instagram’s own privacy policy applies to that activity. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you remain on the invitation list. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your submission and stop emailing you.

Your choices

You can ask to be removed from the list, to see the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted at any time.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
