Wellness-led events & retreats for established women

Rest, good company, and room to create what’s next.

RE/CREATE brings established women across professions, industries, and entrepreneurship together to think freely about the work and life ahead.

Our events and retreats make room for rest, recreation, and genuine connection. Retreat programming includes panels, conversations, and shared experiences that invite fresh perspectives.

What is RE/CREATE?

A place to enjoy yourself and explore what’s next.

You bring experience, interests, and questions that deserve more than a hurried conversation.

RE/CREATE brings established women together to exchange perspectives, spend time in good company, and think freely about what they are creating next.

Our retreats combine wellness, panels, and shared experiences, with time to rest and enjoy the setting. Our events offer opportunities to connect closer to home.

The purpose is to help women build careers, businesses, and lives that flourish together.

Well-being should never be the price of success.

The experience

Time to feel well. Something to think about. Plenty to enjoy.

RE/CREATE retreats bring wellness, panels, and shared experiences into the same stay. We’re designing a program that gives you something to look forward to each day, with enough time to enjoy where you are and who you’re with.

Panels will open conversations about meaningful work and the lives we’re creating around it. Wellness and recreation will be part of the experience throughout, alongside shared meals and time to yourself.

You might arrive with a question about what comes next, an interest in meeting other women, or simply a wish to spend a few days doing something for yourself. The retreat is being created with all of those reasons in mind.

  • Wellness

Restorative movement, nourishing meals, and time to rest shape the retreat’s pace. Specific wellness offerings will be shared with each confirmed experience.

  • Panels & conversations

Perspectives from women across professions and industries, with opportunities to ask questions and discuss the subjects that matter to our work and lives. Speakers and topics will be announced as they’re confirmed.

  • Shared experiences

Time to explore, try something, and enjoy the setting together. Activities will reflect the destination and be announced with the retreat program.

  • Time to yourself

An open afternoon, a quiet breakfast, or a walk on your own. The schedule will include unstructured time alongside the program.

Speakers, topics, activities, and specific inclusions will be shared as the October 2027 program is confirmed.

Our approach

Four movements, one rhythm.

Re/store, Re/connect, Re/align, and Re/turn guide the program, the pace, and what we hope guests can carry into everyday life.

A woman with long braids stands outdoors among green trees, eyes closed and smiling softly, palms pressed together at her chest.
  1. Re/store

    Rest, taken seriously.

Space for genuine recovery through sleep, restorative movement, nourishing meals, nature, and unstructured time. Spa and other wellness offerings are being explored as part of the retreat design.

  2. Re/connect

    Company that understands.

Honest connection with women who understand the responsibilities of meaningful work, ambitious lives, and caring for others. Opportunities to exchange perspectives and get to know one another beyond a professional introduction.

  3. Re/align

    Your own definition of success.

Time to question what you have been told success should look like, recognize what sustains you and what needs to change, and consider what you want to create next in work and life.

  4. Re/turn

    What comes home with you.

Our intention is to help you carry the experience home through one sustainable well-being rhythm, one clear next priority, and meaningful support for following through. Details of that support will be shared with the retreat program.

The Room Assessment

What would you like more room for?

Perhaps it’s rest. Perhaps it’s people you can speak openly with, time to consider your next step, or a way to make your well-being part of an ordinary week.

Take three minutes to reflect on twelve statements about your life lately. Your answers point to one of the four RE/CREATE pillars and offer a small step to consider.

Take the Room Assessment

Twelve statements. About three minutes. A reflection tool, not a clinical assessment.
