· The Room Assessment

Where is your full life asking for room?

Twelve statements, about three minutes. Your answers point to which of the four RE/CREATE pillars your life is asking for most right now: rest, connection, thinking space, or a rhythm that lasts.

A reflection tool for women who lead, not a test you can fail. It is not a medical, psychological, or professional assessment. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send your result.

The twelve statements

For each statement, choose how often it is true for you lately.

01 I get the sleep I need most nights.
02 I have regular time with nothing scheduled and nothing expected of me.
03 I can rest without feeling I have to justify it.
04 I have people I can be fully myself with, beyond my role.
05 I have regular conversations where I am not the one holding everything together.
06 I spend time with women who understand the responsibility I carry.
07 The definition of success I am working toward feels like my own.
08 I can name what is sustaining me right now.
09 I have space to think about what I want to create next.
10 I have at least one well-being rhythm that holds even in busy seasons.
11 I know my clearest next priority.
12 I have support for following through on what matters to me.

What each result means

Every RE/CREATE retreat moves through all four pillars. Your result simply shows where your life is asking for the most room right now. It can change from season to season.

  • Re/store

    Rest, taken seriously.

Your answers suggest rest is the area asking for the most room. Sleep, unscheduled time, and rest without justification may be in short supply right now.

One small step: This week, protect one hour with nothing in it. Put it on the calendar the way you would a meeting, and let it stay empty.

  • Re/connect

    Company that understands.

Your answers suggest connection is the area asking for the most room. You may be holding a lot for others without enough people who hold space for you.

One small step: This week, reach out to one woman you enjoy, not because it is useful, and make a plan that involves a long meal or a walk.

  • Re/align

    Your own definition of success.

Your answers suggest thinking space is the area asking for the most room. Daily demands may be leaving little time to ask whether the path you are on is the one you want.

One small step: This week, take twenty minutes to write down what is sustaining you right now and one thing you would like to change.

  • Re/turn

    What comes home with you.

Your answers suggest rhythm and follow-through are the areas asking for the most room. Good intentions may not yet have a steady place in your week.

One small step: This week, choose one small well-being rhythm you could keep even in a busy season, and tell someone about it.
